There was a time when patrons waited patiently in sterile waiting rooms flipping through outdated magazines, wishing their name would be called soon. Much like a doctor’s office, or hospital ER, services such as beauty salons, barbers, and banks shared the same stereotypical atmosphere.
Fast forward to the age of the consumer, or the relationship building phase – customer/client services has taken on a whole new meaning. Businesses are going out of their way to accommodate and prevent the customer from leaving. Waiting areas are now furnished with comfortable seating, snacks and television!
Commercial DIRECT TV is now found in lounges, airports, retail stores, restaurants and casinos. Businesses are reporting that DIRECT TV Business has increased their business and the length of patron stay.
From sporting events in sports bars to breaking news while we wait in line at the bank, staying connected has never been easier, and we’ve grown to expect it. No big game, no big crowd, and a boring wait in line isn’t good for anyone – DIRECT TV for Business is good business!
