Davidoff Acquires Cusano

I reported this morning via twitter - The Oettinger Davidoff Group, owner of Davidoff, Avo, and newly acquired Camacho brand, has added yet another company Cusano Cigars.

…..Cusano President was quoted to say:

"Our family is honored to have been selected and welcomed into the Oettinger Davidoff Group. In the world of cigars, there is no higher compliment than to become part of the Davidoff family."

Well, since I’ve been active in the cigar industry these past few years, I’ve discovered one thing remains consistent….and that is….Nothing remains consistent…

which I might add confirms and supports my theory of transition…just as a life must remain in transition…so goes business, the corporate cog…the acquisitions and mergers – the healthy company continues to grow in transition…

and after the deal is made…a celebratory cigar…hmmm The Oettinger Davidoff Group – which cigar do you choose?
