"Overall, I found the Reo to be a pretty boring cigar."

For every good review there is a cigar probably not worth its smoke! And I have been politely posting the majority of reviews in which the "Verdict" has been Buy this cigar, so included this Sunday, is a cigar you might wanna stay away from!

We should start with the Quick Smoke: EO Reo Robusto from Stogie Guys.

I always like the weekend Quick Smoke from Stogie Guys. George E. reviews this cigar. He describes the cigar - "...this box-pressed stick sports a large, trendy looking band and a lovely chocolate-colored wrapper from Costa Rica. The filler is a mix of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Sounds interesting. But it wasn’t." He thought the cigar started off with a creamy taste, a little peppery after a couple of inches, but all flavor was eventually lost. Overall, he thought it turned out to be a pretty boring cigar, and gave it Stogie Guys' "Sell" Verdict!

maybe stay away from this one....

a better choice for the Ladies out there!

A recent question from an enthusiast at the Social Cigar was "what cigar to introduce to his girlfriend". I cruised the Cigar Review Index at Cigar Jack's and found a most interesting cigar. Not as well known as a Camacho, or Arturo Fuente - The Mojito Madness, from the Dominican Republic sounds like this cigar is a definite recommendation to the Women who Smoke Cigars. Here's what Denise had to say...

"Described as ‘the prefect infusion of mint, lime, and a kick of rum’, this cigar lived up to that promise."

she goes on to say...

"....My first puff upon lighting had a nice sweet flavor due to the dipped tip, but also had a hint of that stated mint and lime in there. As I smoked further, the tip lost it’s sweetness, but those infused flavors only came out more, now that I was no longer distracted ...."

Denise's verdict - Probably one of the best flavored cigars she's had in awhile.

Camacho's SLR Natural was reviewed by Jesse as part of a word of mouth promotion at Social Cigar, Camacho’s new online cigar community. Here's a bit of Jesse's thoughts on the cigar:

"...I’d say overall the cigar was mostly a smoky wood and nutty flavor reminding of walnuts and hickory. After a couple of inches into the cigar, nearing the midway point, I picked up more strong black coffee or bitter chocolate flavor."

Verdict: "Coming in at just over $6 a stick these are a good smoke. Not a super complex cigar, but some really nice flavors to it."

Soon I'll be posting my very own reviews - I can't wait!
