“Newbies, the topic of Cigars is a topic that I can talk about for hours.”
When I first began this journey, it started only as a hobby for me – and if I were being honest with you, my love for the cigar and its culture, as a woman began like this…..
“He crept into my life, introduced me to a Romeo y Julieta on Sunset…..”
…he crept back out, but left me with a huge impression and a love for the cigar, its deep rich culture, and its comarraderie with the BOTL and SOTL. A Life in Transition – Cigar Anyone? was born and before I knew – I became the “Cigar Woman”.
So here I am, among the most generous, hospitable, friendly and fun to be with group of people sharing our passion, our enthusiasm for the cigar and our community.
The dynamic of the internet and Web 2.0, its social nucleus – provides a means by which we are able to congregate and “Herf” virtually with fellow cigar enthusionados from all over the world! There is now another meaning to the “Cigar Bar” – a virtual experience. Forums for communication are popping up all over the web – cigar trading sites and networks providing vital beginners information are at our very fingertips and grace our computer screens. Cigar reviews, and blogs like this are bringing us all closer together.
Its important that we share community with those that may be searching – and to pass on what we have learned to others. Not just for cigars, oh no – but for life lessons in general.
