As a member of this elite cigar culture, in particular my sisterhood of "Women Cigar Smokers", the development of my cigar blogs and their eminent success, is a top priority. I gauge their daily monitoring very intensely and place the data close to my heart. This blog's increase in traffic and visitor's statistics is fulfilling and a definite indicator there's an interest in my words, thoughts and creative expression - there is evidence of recognition with my passion for the cigar culture. I am having the time of my life, I enjoy every moment at the keyboard, and typically the written word flows, but, today's posting was more difficult than others. It's not the creative in coming up with something to say to you about "cigars" - I could talk about cigars, and women smoking cigars, men smoking cigars, and the deep history of the cigar culture, all day long! But today, I felt the need to share my frustration, and before I go any further, please note, I only point out the following in order to shed another set of eyes and set a record straight for the modern day woman who enjoys smoking a cigar!
My challenge today was "how would I - could I - should I say this?"

After mulling about all day long; keeping my screen open, coming back to this cigar blog, and draft after draft - leaving this post, and writing an entertaining piece on the Zino Platinum cigar for my other cigar blog (btw. the Zino cigar will be soon be my favorite smoke), I finally decided to just tell it like it is!
Here goes, and with all due respect
What I understand from poking around the blogshpere, and per the rules of all the SEO gurus out there - "CONTENT IS KING", Consistency is Queen, and Prince Charming is "Keeping it real, and Up-to-date". So my question is - why oh why - is the first page search results (I won't drop any search engine names) listing for "Cigar Women" or "Women who Smoke cigars" and some other top keyword phrases relating to the cigar smoking woman, still posting articles that should be in the Smithsonian, or resting in the big archive heaven in the sky?
Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, and I am bumping the antiquated, however well written cigar pieces out of the park - it is frustrating to find old news where no news should be. It's quite obvious, a fresh look at my world and the makings of the 21st Century Cigar Woman, has been long overdue. I welcome the broad playing field created by the lack of modern attention to a woman's penance for the cigar. I embrace this opportunity taking center stage to demonstrate to the world "how we roll" - and with the help of some friends, lets take it to the top!
