Oh we got it Ms. Krum!

One of the first opinion editorials I read as a curiosity seeker and cigar enthusionoda, was a piece by Sharon Krum published some time ago (which I featured in "There is a Sisterhood of Cigar Smokers", 11/3/2007).

After taking another look at the article:

Seems Ms. Krum has taken a shot at "Why Women have taken to the Cigar". Her theory is, Women smoke cigars purely as a means of playing the dating dance, and regurgitates her thoughts as an outsider which forms the basis of her thesis! She admits that she is "no cigar smoker", and relates solely to the woman who smokes a cigar as a "research project" reporting her personal observations. Her expertise is "in being a woman", and that her authority as such, grants her license to classify her "sisters" as liars, because she knows us!

Ms Krum states:

"I'm a woman. I know how women think. I know how women operate, and I know the lies women tell."

Ms. Krum goes on....

I say that to say this!

Ms. Krum, with all due respect perhaps you should visit A Life in Transition, for a piece about who the Cigar Aficionada really is, or maybe as field research you should look up Diana Silvius, at the Up Down Tobacco located  at 1550 Wells Street, Chicago, IL - just a suggestion!

Ahhh...yes another phallic persona to be exposed and discounted.

I have said this once and I will say this again....
